RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For UAE orders - the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, foreign odour including smoke, free of any stains, with all tags & original packaging.
Return shipping within the UAE will be covered by us.
ANY SALE ITEM
Thank you for your purchase during our sale. We understand the unique nature of promotional sale items, and therefore, we only offer exchange or store credit options for eligible items.
Please follow the steps outlined within our return policy and be sure to specify if you would like an exchange or store credit on the returns form.

Select the topic 'Make a return/exchange' then write in the comments section what you would like. This can be as simple as 'Return my item(s) for refund' or 'Exchange for a different size'
Ensure that you include your order number and if you are requesting an exchange; please state the instructions e.i 'Exchange for size 36'
CUSTOMS POLICY
If a shipment remains in customs for more than 14 days and is subsequently returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated return charges. In such cases, we will process only store credit after deducting the return shipping charges, duties and taxes.
We are not responsible for any customs/duties charges.
FAULTY ITEM(S)
If you have received an item which you think maybe faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.
FREE COLLECTION FOR UAE ORDERS
We provide free collection for the first return or exchange. From second collection onwards, a fee of AED 20 is applicable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For International orders - item(s) must be returned within 14 days of date shown on the dispatch note.
International return shipping charges, customs duties, and any other charges to be paid by the customer. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to hello@veroclo.com and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions. We can arrange for a courier to collect your return.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange any item then this will be treated as a return and you must place a new order for the item you would like instead.
PROCESSING TIME:
We process all our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.
REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for Cash Payments (COD). For Cash on delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges
For Card Payments we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested.
We aim to issue your refund within 12 working days of receiving your return.
Returns for items bought at full price are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Card Payment only) and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.
